Return Policy
At Pro-Tech Marine, we are committed to offering superior products and customer service that meets your expectations.
Upon presentation of the original receipt issued at the time of purchase, we will attempt to issue a refund or exchange for any item (see exclusions) purchased online or directly from our factory.
For purchases made at a retailer, returns or exchanges must be made directly at that point of sale, according to their own return or exchange policy.
Eligibility requirements
For an item to be eligible for return or exchange:

It must be new, unused, and undamaged.

It must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If the item is returned damaged, used, or in a condition that prevents its resale, Pro-Tech Marine reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
Exclusions
Certain categories of products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:

Custom-made canvases

Custom shell protectors
-
Custom-made extension cords
-
And, in general, any product designed specifically according to the customer's dimensions or requirements.
Reimbursement
In the event of a refund, it will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Return procedure

Prior notification
Before returning or exchanging any item, please contact us by phone or email to obtain authorization and instructions. Our team will confirm the procedure and, if applicable, send you a replacement product.

Shipping of replacement product (if applicable)
If a replacement is planned, you will receive the new product. In most cases, you will find a prepaid return label in the box to affix to the box, as well as a sheet explaining the steps to follow for a successful return.

Product return
Upon receipt of the package, please place the original product in the box received, enclose your invoice, affix the return label (if applicable), and schedule a pickup (if applicable).

Shipping fees may apply for returns or exchanges. These fees will be indicated when you first contact our team.

Warranty
At Pro-Tech Marine, the quality of our products is at the heart of our commitment. That's why all our products are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects, such as:

A seam that tears

A zipper that no longer works

Or any other design flaw affecting the normal performance of the product
When this occurs, we will repair or replace the product, as appropriate, at no cost to the customer.
Terms and conditions
For the warranty to be valid:

The product must have been used normally, within the scope of the purposes for which it was designed.

The product must have been properly maintained.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

Normal wear and tear of the product due to time and use

Misuse, negligent, or inappropriate use of the product

Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than Pro-Tech Marine

Damage caused by an accident, improper installation, or inadequate storage

Presence of excessive wear and tear not consistent with normal use
Complaint procedure
In the event of a problem covered by the warranty:

Contact us by email or phone, describing the problem you are experiencing and attaching photos of the product if possible.

Our team will tell you how to return the product if it is covered by the warranty.

We will repair or replace the product.
